This Sheesham wood belan set combines the two essential rolling pin sizes in a single premium purchase — a thick 12 Inch belan (200 gm) for heavy dough pressing and a thin 14 Inch belan (150 gm) for fine, even rolling. The thick-and-thin combination covers every roti, chapati, paratha, and puri making requirement — the thick belan for initial dough flattening and the thin for final even shaping. Both are crafted from premium Sheesham hardwood.
Sheesham (Indian rosewood) is the preferred wood for kitchen belans — exceptionally hard, naturally smooth, and resistant to absorbing moisture and food odours. The set provides versatility that a single belan cannot — different dough consistencies, different roti types, and different chef preferences all benefit from having both sizes readily available. The natural wood grain beauty makes these belans a pleasure to display as well as use.
A practical housewarming, anniversary, or kitchen gift, this Sheesham wood belan combo set is a complete rolling pin gifting choice. Its thick-and-thin combination, Sheesham hardwood quality, and Indian kitchen daily utility make it the most versatile belan gifting option available.
