Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with ApkaMart’s goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts

Social Media Management

  • Oversee ApkaMart’s presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging content (reels, posts, stories) to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Monitor trends and innovate campaigns to enhance engagement.

Performance Marketing: 

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for conversions and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and track key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

SEO and Content Marketing:

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, product descriptions, and newsletters.

Email Marketing and CRM:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and re-engage customers.
  • Manage customer databases for segmented and targeted outreach.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to monitor campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing activities and suggest actionable insights.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
  • Guide and mentor junior digital marketing team members (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM practices.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Opportunity: Video Editor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with the brand's tone and strategy.
    • Motion Graphics: Incorporate animations, transitions, and special effects to enhance video appeal.
    • Sound Design: Add appropriate music, voiceovers, and sound effects to videos.
    • Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet the highest quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A portfolio showcasing past video editing work.
