How will my order be delivered?

At APKAMART, your orders are delivered by professionals. This ensures that there is no loss or damage to goods at the time of delivery. 

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges of Rs.40 would apply on all orders below Rs.500.

 

In case if you miss the Delivery

If you were not available to accept the delivery we will contact you for alternate delivery instructions. If we are not able to reach you then we will leave a note at your door with our customer contact number to reschedule the delivery.

Return & Refunds

How can I claim a refund?

We follow a 7 days return policy. In case you want to return the product you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery to initiate the return. You can call us at 08696442220/08696443330 or write to us at infothe @apkamart.com to initiate the process. Once we receive the return request we would schedule a return pick up based on your convenience. The refund would be initiated once we receive back the product. 

Two options are available for refund 

1) Direct transfer into your bank account or a direct refund into your credit card/debit card.

2) The amount will be added into your Big Bucks wallet for a future purchase

The refund will be issued as per the option is chosen by you.                                   

 

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?

  1. Products must be in their original condition

  2. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted

  3. Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website

 

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

We ensure that the products are properly packed, however, if you still receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write to us at info@apkamart.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup, once we receive back the product we will initiate refund/replacement as per your request.

 

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive a wrong product, we request you to write us at info@apkamart.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product.

 

Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. You can write to us at info@apkamart.com for the same.

 

How long will it take to cancel my order?

We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

 

Cancellation by Website

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which violates the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

How does the program work?

We have put in our best efforts to keep it simple.

Ø  You earn 1 ‘Coin’ for every 1 Rupee that you spend on our website.  For example: If you spend Rs. 1000 on ApkaMart you will get 1000 coins into your account.

Ø  And ’Coins’ are worth money. You can redeem them as per the ongoing offers on our website, which can be cash back, a freebie or a special discount. Offers can change from time to time, but yes it will be good enough to make you feel special.

Ø  Moreover, you get multiple options to earn more coins and so you become eligible for more exciting offers.

Ø  ‘Unity is Strength’ and is applicable to ‘Coins’ too. The more you collect the more exciting it gets.

 

How does redemption work?

Ø  When you visit the website, you will see a tab of ‘Big Bucks Club’ in the bottom left-hand corner. Once you click on it, a pop up will show up. You need to sign up to become eligible for the club membership.

Ø  Please note – Sign Up is rewarding too!

Ø  Pop up contains two tabs – ‘Rewards’ & ‘Earn’. On the ‘Earn’ tab, you get multiple options to earn ‘Coins’. While on the ‘Rewards’ tab, you can redeem your ‘Coins’ against the ongoing offers.

Ø  Once you ‘Redeem’ your coins the offer gets activated and a discount code will be generated and can be applied on the final checkout screen.

Ø  If not applied, the coupon will remain visible in your personal login.

Ø  At any point in time, you can avail one offer, as only one discount code can be applied at the checkout stage.

Ø  But, you can collect redeemed coupons for future purchase.


When do I earn ‘Coins’?

Ø  You can earn ‘Coins’ by making a purchase, signing up with us, liking our facebook page, following us on Twitter, sharing an offer on your facebook/twitter account, completion of the profile, on your birthday, etc. These offers change from time to time and are visible on the ‘Earn’ tab.

Ø  You also earn ‘Coins’ at the time of ongoing discounts and ‘Coins’ will be added to your login.

Ø  ‘Coins’ cannot be earned on Shipping Charges (if any).
